St. Paul Island Park Prints on Demand

Since their first purchase of a Riso RP3700 Digital Duplicator from Copylandia in 2004, St. Paul Island Park (SPIP) has gone a long way in independently handling its print requirements.

With a total student population of over 400 bright and eager-to-learn preparatory, elementary and high school students, SPIP finds it necessary to complement classroom lectures with colored workbooks, posters ans other instructional materials. After carefully evaluating their options, SPIP started acquiring digital printing and finishing equipment from Copylandia beginning with the Riso RP3700 Digital Duplicator, followed by ineo 160 and ineo+450 which are high volume multifunction copiers of Develop - a German brand exclusively distributed in the Philippines by Copylandia. SPIP also bought an EBA 430 heavy duty paper cutter and most recently, an Evolis Pebble Card Printer.

Spreading news around SPIP community is now a breeze with full color newsletters and flyers produced on demand with ineo+450. News arrives fresher as newsletters and announcements are immediately produced. Photos and illustrations are clearer and flyers are more attention-grabbing. Best of all, printing is on demand and they only print the quantity they need at the moment saving a lot money in the process. The editorial team of SPIP's newsletter is also more inspired to work on their publication as they are mopre involved with print production. They take a more active role in choosing colors to emphasize certain articles and they are able to more closely follow their deadlines.

SPIP also prints with its own Identification Cards now using their recently acquired Evolis Card Printer. Security is heightened as ID cards are issued earlier and lost IDs are replaced immediately. Mr. Cabatana, SPIP's Computer Technician who is in charge of operating the Evolis Card Printer will gladly go through the process of printing an ID card - from taking a digital photo to printing - in just a few minutes.
