Part of the goals of the Philippine Association of Civil Registrars is to aim for a successful transformation toward a knowledge-based civil registration system and intensify its efforts in information dissemination through modernization. Copylandia Office Systems Corporation strongly supports this goal of PACR. As an office solutions company, Copylandia is pleased to offer its services in assisting the PACR attain the goal of transforming civil registration into a knowledge-based system and improve information dissemination through various technologies offered by the company.

Shifting to a knowledge-based civil registry system will require efficient management and organization of existing and incoming data. Capitalizing on the agency’s drive to modernize and simplify the civil registry program, a very useful tool that will cut workload in half is RED MAP, the knowledge management solution software. RED MAP can capture, manage and protect all important data partnered with the efficient scanning of the /350 monochrome multifunction copier which can scan as much as 70 pages per minute and at a maximum resolution of 600dpi.

With the PACR aiming to position itself as a growth engine for civil registration, the RISO CZ180 or EZ230 is affordable and powerful enough to handle document demands of mapping out the course of action, plans and programs for policy direction. Strategies for effective implementation of civil registration laws and the improvement of civil registry service can be enhanced with the Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490 multifunction laser printer which can produce 20 pages per minute in monochrome and 5 pages per minute in color.

With these plans and programs soon to be implemented in the civil registry system, the country is expectant for positive change that would bring continuous progress and development to Philippine governance and ultimately, the Filipino people.
